Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (Recommended)

– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat Rate: $12.95 USD
– Best for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your diving gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
  • Must include all original accessories and documentation
  • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Cutting Devices (sharp tools for diving)
  • Dry Suit Boots and Dry Suit Hoods (personal hygiene items)
  • Backplates and Pads that show signs of use
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete our Return/Exchange Request Form (template below)
  3. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions
  4. Package your item securely, preferably in original packaging
  5. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement

Note: You’ll be responsible for any price difference plus additional shipping costs if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
