At Diving Suit Co, we stand behind the quality of our diving equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them
  • Items must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  • A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cutting Devices (sharp tools for diving)
  • Dry Suit Boots and Dry Suit Hoods (personal hygiene items)
  • Backplates and Pads that show signs of use
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our facility at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your request that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

Note: You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item plus additional shipping costs if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
