Dive Rite is proud to introduce the newest member to the Nomad family of sidemount rigs, the Nomad LS. The Nomad LS builds on its “L” series predecessors to be the most streamline and capable system in the family. Features include:

35 lbs (15.8 kg) of lift
SuperFabric armored outer panel
Deluxe-style webbing harness
Inflator hose routed from the bottom of the wing
2 OPVs, one at the top of the wing and one on the bottom opposite the inflator
Low profile buttplate
Optional 10 lb (4.5 kg) lift bailout bladder
Optional spine weight plate, up to 12 lbs ( 5.4 kg)

The main differences between the Nomad LS and the retired Nomad LTZ are:

Diamond-shaped wing, to provide more lift to the hips and butt

Zero lift baffle that prevents air from sitting at the top of the wing, but still allows air to travel to the pull dump

Deluxe-style webbing harness is separate from the wing, and can be replaced if needed

Includes the NEW Adjustable Bungee System:

The Dive Rite Adjustable Bungee System (ABS) allows fast and easy customization to fit any sidemount diver. The bungee cord is weaved through a custom-designed, laser cut Delrin plate providing an infinitely adjustable bungee.

The Adjustable Bungee System can also be quickly changed between Dive Rite’s standard ring bungee system, loop bungees with a snap, or traditional loop bungees.

 

 

Configuration options are LEFT AND RIGHTHAND REGULATORS

The XT left hand regulator provides the perfect hose routing for the left tank paired with our 60-inch Airflex hose and a 70-degree angle adapter. The hose no longer has to wrap around the neck where it can catch; instead, the hose runs under the arm straight to the mouth using the angle adapter. The XT right-hand regulator pairs with a 22-inch hose for the right-hand bottle, again with an angle adapter to avoid pulling.

Our braided Airflex hoses make hose management easy and come standard with the XT Nomad setup. The 1.5″ SPGs comes with a 6″ HP hose and can be mounted up or down, depending on diver preference for viewing ease.
